Terms and Conditions for Donee-Associations

A donee-association is an approved WorldClassGardening.com client capable of accepting donations from registered Grower-sellers.

Association responsibilities and compensation:

Register as a donee-association
Instruct each Grower-donor to register as a WCG Grower-seller here: http://www.worldclassgardening.com/seller_reg/reg.html?a=start
Instruct your Grower-donor to add the donated seeds to his inventory, and select your association from a list of registered associations. (Have your Grower-donor contact me directly for help if needed. It is very easy to do the second time.
The seeds will immediately be on sale on WCG.
Each association will have its own Homepage where all of the seeds you have had donated are displayed on a single page. You will be able to send potential buyers directly to your page.
You will then get credit for any sales made from your inventory, and your Grower-donor will receive shipping instructions via email. Grower-donors must ship their orders within a few days. Any variance from this should be made known to WorldClassGardening.com.
Donee-associations will receive 67% of the seed sale, and the Grower-donor will receive a $2.71 shipping allowance per order.
All sales in a quarter will be paid by the 20th of the month following the quarter ending.
The Grower-donor will be the only one capable of changing pricing or seeds per packet. If sales are proceeding too quickly, you will be able to have your Grower-donor adjust the price upward to take advantage of the seed's demand. Inserting a seed into the WorldClassGardening.com database, or changing price or packaging after the initial insert, can only be made by the Grower-donor per your instructions.

Disclosure
The Grower-donor has the option to sell seeds on WCG for his own benefit as well, by making a separate addition to his inventory that is not donated to an association, or donate that same seed to other associations in the WorldClassGardening.com database. This allows the Donee-association and the Grower-seller to sell the same seed stock at the same time. Each of these seeds will be displayed in the WorldClassGardening.com store within the appropriate Homepage (donated seeds will show on individual association homepages). The donated seeds will show the grower as the shipper. If a buyer selects a seed from an association homepage, the association will be credited with the sale, and the Grower-donor will receive the shipping allowance, and ship the order. If a buyer selects the same seed from the Grower-seller's Homepage, then the grower seller will receive credit for the sale, the shipping allowance, and will ship the order.
